Russell Walker is the Assistant Director of the Zell Center for Risk Research at the Kellogg School of Management. Russell is also a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor of Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences at Kellogg, where he develops and instructs courses in Risk Management and the application of Business Intelligence and Analytics, especially in marketing. His courses have included Strategic Data-Driven Marketing, Operational Risk Management, Managing Customer Relationships for Profit, and Statistical Methods for Management Decisions. Russell Walker, President and Founder of Walker Bernardo, LLC, is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (VAHCC). Through his leadership, the VAHCC, helped companies of all sizes and industries reach the growing Hispanic population. In this relationship with the VAHCC and US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Walker Bernardo is especially well-positioned to guide clients on marketing and business expansion plans into the US Hispanic and Spanish and Latin American markets. Dr. Walker is a regularly invited speaker at La Universidad de Navarra, IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and maintains strong connections in the US Hispanic and Spanish business communities.

Walker Bernardo, LLC is a proud corporate member of the Cornell Center for Advanced Computing at Cornell University. This relationship builds on Dr. Russell Walker’s long standing relationship with Cornell University, where he has served on the corporate advisory board of the Cornell Theory Center. Dr. Walker is also a graduate of the Cornell University College of Engineering, where he earned a MS degree and Ph.D. He has also instructed courses in Financial Engineering and Statistics at Cornell University. This relationship with the Cornell Theory Center allows Walker Bernardo to provide its clients access to recent advancement in data mining, knowledge discovery, high performance computing, and data visualization.

Dr. Walker is a member of PRMIA, the largest no-for-profit, professional risk management organization internationally. Additionally, he has developed executive risk management courses for PRMIA and has reviewed articles in Operational and Enterprise Risk Management.
